Cancellation Policies:

• No retention will be applicable if canceled 15 days prior arrival

• 50% Retention will be applicable if canceled prior 10 days arrival

• Full retention will be applicable if canceled within the duration of 10 days arrival

• Any complaints are acceptable with in the period of the stay at the Hotel

• Diwali & X-Mas Booking is strictly non refundable

Hotel Policies:

• All Bookings confirmation subject to advance payment.

• In case of early checkout, you are liable to pay for the entire confirmed reservation.

• Normal occupancy permits a maximum of two people per room. Additional person if any will be charged additionally

• Children below the age of 8 years will be considered kids & can stay free of charge with parents without extra bed.

• Children between 8 years and above will be considered as an extra adult

• Standard Check-in time will be 01:00 PM

• Standard Check-out will be 11:00 AM

• Guests are required to show a valid photo identification upon Check-in.
